Dennis Boyle

Dennis Boyle joined Reed & Davidson, LLP as a political compliance specialist in 2006. Currently, Dennis directs the firm’s political compliance unit, overseeing the preparation and filing of the firm’s campaign and lobbying reports. During his tenure with the firm, Dennis has worked with virtually every type of political committee, including candidates, ballot measures, and independent expenditures at local, state, and federal levels throughout the country. He prepares and files major donor reports in California.

Dennis also works closely with clients who engage in lobbying activities in a wide range of jurisdictions throughout California and the rest of the country. Additionally, Dennis maintains the books and records for a large number of nonprofit organizations particularly pertaining to their political and lobbying activities.

Dennis is a past treasurer of the Los Angeles Dragons Australian Rules Football Club, current treasurer of Larchmont United Neighborhood Association, and a voting alternate on the Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council.

Dennis received a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School.
